Who we are
Forged is the development arm of iTRINITY Consulting (Pty) Ltd, registration 2012/170337/07. iTRINITY Consulting (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for the personal information described on this page.
What the forms collect
The forms on this site collect your name, email address, company and message, plus any project type or current tool you select. When you send a form, the site also records your IP address and browser details.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry or access request, and to let you know when a product you registered interest in opens up. Your IP address and browser details help us stop spam and abuse.
Where it goes
Each form is emailed to info@forged-stack.com, a mailbox on Microsoft 365. Microsoft may process information outside South Africa. A log on our web server also keeps the date, the form used and your email address. The web server is hosted by xneelo in South Africa. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become client relationships are kept for up to 12 months.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its fonts load from this site, so opening a page sends nothing to Google or any other third party.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct, update or delete information that is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out of date, incomplete, misleading or obtained unlawfully.
- Object, on reasonable grounds, to processing that relies on our legitimate interests.
- Object at any time to direct marketing, and we will stop.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it. This does not affect processing already carried out.
- Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
- Complain to the Information Regulator.

Nucleus and client data
Nucleus and iTRINITY client data are covered by the iTRINITY privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Support records are kept for 7 years after the client's last ticket closes, then anonymised.
